So friday morning (March 11th),Richard told me, "Have a wonderful last day in your 20s." On March 12th I turned 30...
What a wonderful husband right? At least he reached 30 before me.
But really I had a wonderful birthday, Richard, my mom and the kids got we a very cool, and very pink laptop. My mom sent me some beautiful flowers to work and took our family to dinner at P.F. Changs. Richard even endured shoe shopping with me.
And my best friend celebrated my birthday all week by giving 30 of each of my favorite things (truffles, pens, and peeps).
Along with all the birthday wishes (and 30 jokes) I think turning 30 was not a bad thing at all. Maybe I will freak out when I turn 50.
A pink laptop? How fun! And I'm totally with you on the Pens thing, as a favorite. But peeps... not so much! Unless their chocolate covered. Oh, and filled with chocolate too.
